Wash water treatment
We offer our VEW vehicle washwater treatment systems and a wide variety of options and system designs for light, medium and heavy duty washwater treatment applications for flow rates up to 1000 GPM.
Washwater treatment systems can be provided for all vehicle wash applications, car, bus, truck, ship, train, aircraft, forklift, heavy equipment, military vehicles.
Custom systems can be provided using any of our industrial wastewater treatment products such as oil water separators
Industrial.Heritage
VEW treatment systems are a family of industrial washwater treatment system designs tailored to the need for treatment of washwater generated by vehicle wash facilities.
VEW systems can be provided for any flow rate required up to 1000 GPM. The smaller VEWs are designed for flow rates up to 50 GPM and fit most wash facilities needs.
We also offer oil water separators and a wide variety of options as stand alone products where a full treatment system is not required or you want to retrofit an existing system to increase removal efficiencies or increase flow rates. Oil water separator, api separators and corrugated plate interceptors can be provided for above grade and below grade installations.
Contaminants.Removed
The VEWs are designed to remove oils, gasoline, diesel, JP jet fuels,#2-#8 fuel oils, suspended solids, BTEX, hydraulic fluids. A wide variety of petroleum products, organics and metals can be removed with our VEW coalescing oil water separator systems.
